Refund Policy

Our Approach to Refunds

We want every Socialdive customer to have a great experience. That said, because our service delivers immediate access to real data and features upon subscription, we apply a clear and limited refund policy. Please read the following carefully before submitting a request.

30-Day Technical Guarantee

If you experience a genuine technical fault — meaning Socialdive is completely non-functional on your account and our support team is unable to resolve it — you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. To qualify, you must contact us promptly, describe the issue in detail, and cooperate fully with any troubleshooting steps we provide. Refunds under this guarantee are only considered when the platform itself has failed to function, not when results are unexpected or the service does not meet personal expectations.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

The following situations are not eligible for a refund, regardless of timing:
  • You accessed or used the platform — even a single search or feature counts as use
  • You decided the service does not suit your needs or misunderstood what it does before subscribing
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal date
  • You purchased a plan and changed your mind without experiencing any technical issue
  • You are outside the 30-day window from your original purchase
  • You are requesting a refund for a renewal charge after the initial subscription period

Subscription Renewals

Socialdive subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. Renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings under the Billing section — your access will remain active through the end of the paid period.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime access purchases are final and non-refundable once the account has been activated. By completing a Lifetime purchase, you acknowledge that the service was made immediately available to you upon payment.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, email hello@socialdive.ai with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered account email, the date of your purchase, and a clear description of the technical issue you encountered. We review all requests within 2 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first reaching out to us is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. We take fraud seriously and will contest any chargeback that does not meet the conditions of this refund policy.
